How to Support / Donations
The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul relies on its members, supporters and revenue from its resale stores to fund its charitable works and outreach projects. Windsor and Essex Central Council receives neither government funding nor United Way support.
Individuals, corporations, organizations, Catholic parishes and schools have helped provide the food, gently used clothing, household goods and funds that allow Vincentians to serve the needy in the community.
The Society is grateful for gifts of:
- Food
- Hygiene products
- Gently used clothing
|
- Household goods
- Electrical appliances in good repair
- Toys
|
- Bicycles
- Monetary donations
- Furniture
|
Tax Receipts:
Tax receipts are issued for monetary gifts of $10 or more. Tax receipts may also be issued for some gifts in kind. For more information call 519-253-7481
